Vickie Neilson has been a Ramona
Resident for over 25 years raising 2
daughters with her youngest daughter
graduating from Ramona High School in
1995.
Vickie has been a full time realtor for
over 20 years. She is a member of the
Ramona Real Estate Association, Julian
Real Estate Association, SDAR, CAR
and NAR. This is her first year as a
RREA Board Member.
Vickie and her family currently own
Hidden Horse Ranch, a 120 acre horse
boarding facility and cattle ranch. Vickie
and her husband Henry are strong
supporters of the 4H, Santana Riders,
NBHA donating time and money to
promote youth horsemanship and
ranching. Being so active in the
Ranching and Horse Communities has
led Vickie to Specialize in Ranches and
Horse Properties in Ramona, Julian and
the Back Country for most of her Real
Estate Career.
Experienced in all aspects of Real Estate representation but specializing in Ranches and Horse
Properties. Full Time Realtor at Century 21 San Vicente, Inc. for past 9+ years - prior to that
owned and operated Realty World in Ramona - prior to that worked at Coldwell Banker
Real Estate in Ramona.
Has personally designed and built several spec homes and "rehabbed" a few homes in Ramona.
This has given "hands on" experience of both these processes and an understanding of the costs
and potential pitfalls, as well as the potential benefits of each option.
Working with many lenders from FHA to Construction loans and selecting only the most reliable of
them to refer clients to in order to make the purchase or sale of real estate a smooth transaction.
Also, the years of experience has led to an excellent reference base of professionals to
work with including appraisers, escrow companies, lenders, miscellaneous inspectors
and contractors in every phase of construction, as well as a working understanding of
county zoning rules and regulations.
A strong negotiator whether writing or receiving an offer and throughout the transaction
when challenges arise. When representing a seller, always striving to get the highest
value for the property by exposing it through an extensive advertising and marketing
program.When representing a buyer, personalizing the search to the specific needs and
requirements of that client and offering guidance from the first contact to the close
of escrow and beyond.
