Vickie has been a full time realtor since 1986. She is a member of the Ramona Real Estate Association, (Board member from 2006 - 2010) and a Realtor with SDAR, CAR and NAR. After being a top producer for 15 years with Century 21, Vickie obtained her broker's license in 2008 and opened her own company - Hidden Horse Ranch Properties - in order to better serve her clients on a more personal basis.

Vickie and her family built and own Hidden Horse Ranch, a 120 acre horse boarding facility and cattle ranch since 1990. She and her husband Henry are strong supporters of the 4H, Santana Riders & NBHA, donating time and money to promote youth horsemanship and ranching. Being so active in the Ranching and Horse Communities has led Vickie to Specialize in Ranches and Horse Properties in Ramona, Julian and the Back Country for most of her real estate career.

Personally designing and building several spec homes and "rehabbing" homes in Ramona has given her "hands on" experience of both these processes and an understanding of the costs and potential pitfalls, as well as the potential benefits of each option.

Vickie has also done 100's of Broker Price Opinions (BPO'S) in order to obtain "Short Sale" or "Modification of Loan" approval for lenders and clients. If you are in a position to do a short sale on your property, she knows what the lender is looking for.

Putting a team together is very important. Working with lenders from FHA to Construction, excellent escrow and title officers and various contractors over the years and selecting only the most reliable of them to refer clients to, has enabled Vickie to make any purchase or sale of a property go smoothly. Vickie is a strong negotiator for both buyers and sellers.

When representing a seller, always striving to get the highest value for the property by exposing it through an extensive advertising and marketing program.

When representing a buyer, personalizing the search to the specific needs and requirements of that client and offering guidance from the first contact to the close of escrow and beyond.
